Senior Associate, Client Services The Senior Associate, Client Services will play a critical role in managing and deepening relationships with family office and ultra-high net worth clients for the Wealth team. This individual will work closely with Family Office Advisors and other cross-functional teams, taking ownership of complex client management tasks, leading on data management and research initiatives, and ensuring the effective use of internal systems and platforms. Responsibilities Leading on data management and research initiatives, including data analysis, data visualization, and data storytelling; Collaborating with Family Office Advisors to develop tailored solutions for clients; Providing exceptional client service, including proactive communication, timely issue resolution, and personalized support; Managing complex client relationships, including identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services; Utilizing internal systems and platforms to ensure efficient and effective management of client data; Developing and maintaining strong relationships with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Operations; Staying up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to provide expert-level guidance to clients.
