Senior Associate - 5 yrs PQE | Estate Litigation

The Role:
An exciting opportunity exists for an Estate Litigation Lawyer (5–6+ PQE) to join the firm’s high-performing and close-knit team.
You’ll work on complex, high value estate disputes for high-net-worth clients, covering matters such as:

• Contested wills and testator family maintenance claims
• Estate administration disputes
• Trust and estate related litigation

You’ll work closely with a Partner and Special Counsel ensuring files are handled to the highest professional standard, while maintaining autonomy and control over your own matters as you grow within the team.

This role will suit someone who is already working in estate litigation and wants to specialise further in this area, surrounded by genuine experts.
