Then we are looking for you As Assistant Manager at KwikFit As Supervisor, you are responsible for the team when the Manager is absent, and you will ensure that the customer is served in a friendly and efficient manner. You will also be responsible for the daily operations of the store, including the management of the cash register, inventory, and supplies. You will work closely with the Manager to achieve the store's goals and objectives. You will also be responsible for coaching and developing the team members, and for maintaining a positive and productive work environment.
