About the company:
What is it like to work at CROP?
At CROP accountants & advisors, we don't say "people make CROP" for nothing. We do everything we can to help entrepreneurs move forward. We have the same personal attention for them as we do for each other. There is no internal competition, but a good, pleasant atmosphere in which we help and inspire each other. Good guidance and room for personal development are self-evident within our company. Together, we work towards growth: of our clients and of our own team.
But of course, there is more to life than just work. That's why we regularly organize city and ski trips, barbecues, and drinks. We also arrange sports outings (if you want, and sometimes even if you dare!), a Sinterklaas party, a Christmas dinner, and a New Year's gathering. Most activities take place per location, but we also ensure sufficient (informal) gatherings with the entire organization. This way, you truly form one team with your colleagues, regardless of where you work.
