Shift Timing : 3 PM to 12 Midnight | WORK FROM OFFICE Mandatory Skills : Experience of 7 to 12 years primarily in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) and also good experience in General Accounting month end close and consolidation Experience in multinational organization is preferred. Excellent stakeholder management skills and interpersonal skills. Demonstrates the ability to manage multiple clients and diverse team. Job Description: Working closely with the leadership team to formulate the business strategy and drive the financial planning and analysis process. This includes developing and maintaining financial models, performing financial analysis, and providing insights to stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial planning and analysis principles and be able to communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders. The role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. The candidate should be able to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of delivering high-quality results and be able to demonstrate a deep understanding of the financial planning and analysis process. The role also requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and team members.
