An important All-Inclusive Hotel Cluster is looking for:


Senior Assistant Director of Finance


The Senior Assistant Director of Finance will be responsible for leading and supervising the financial and accounting functions of the hotel, ensuring the integrity of financial information, compliance with internal controls, and adequate monitoring of financial performance. They will work closely with the hotel's executive team and the Cluster Financial Directorate, providing financial support and analysis for decision-making.


Requirements and Experience

  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum experience of 3 to 5 years in financial positions, preferably within the hotel industry.
  • Previous experience in supervisory roles or with responsibility for financial and accounting processes.
  • Solid knowledge of budgets, financial analysis, accounting closing, financial reporting, and internal control.
  • Experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, cash management, and operational controls processes.
  • Knowledge of accounting management systems and financial tools; experience with hotel industry systems will be valued.
  • Knowledge of internal audit, compliance with policies and procedures, tax legislation, and applicable regulations.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial analysis tools.
  • Proficiency in English, preferably at an advanced oral and written level.

  • Ability to identify risks, strengthen controls, and propose improvements in financial processes.

  • Communication and collaboration skills with the different operational areas of the hotel.
  • Leadership and ability to develop and supervise the Finance team.
