Senior Asset Accounting Process Expert

Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Responsibility for accounting and reporting of Fixed Assets in accordance with IFRS and local GAAP requirements
• Performing asset-related month-end closing activities, including depreciation, transfers, retirements and reconciliations
• Ensuring correctness of postings in the Fixed Asset subledger and alignment with the General Ledger
• Monitoring and analyzing capital expenditure (CAPEX) and supporting controlling teams with asset-related reporting
• Participation in system and process improvement initiatives, including testing and implementation of SAP solutions related to Fixed Assets
• Supporting audit processes (internal and external) and ensuring compliance with corporate policies and accounting standards
• Providing guidance and knowledge sharing to junior team members in the area of Asset Accounting
