Senior AS400 Developer
We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior AS400 Developer to join our team in Mexico City.

Expected Profile

Developer with experience throughout the software development lifecycle, specializing in workflow-based applications and project releases. Knowledge of DB2 for AS400, RPG IV, RPG ILE, CLs, and SQL DB2. Skills in process analysis and tool usage.

Essential Requirements to be Considered

• Proven experience in all phases of software development, including design, configuration, testing, debugging, implementation, and support for large-scale business-focused applications based on workflow.
• Understanding and defining requirements based on workflow flows.
• Experience in project releases.
• Knowledge of relational databases preferably DB2 for AS400.
• Experience working with Scrum methodology.
• Programming languages: RPG IV, RPG ILE, CLs, SQL DB2, Stored Procedures
• Skills in process analysis
• Knowledge of development using SEU, PDM, ALDON tools

Desirable Requirements

Tech

• Knowledge of development using Connect Direct, Control M tools.
• Accounting knowledge

Habits:

• Knowledge and application of best practices for software development and implementation.
• Organizing release strategies with version control of components.
• Experience in implementing processes through the use of scheduling tools.

Others

• Knowledge of Java development
• Accounting knowledge (States of Account and CFDI)
• Knowledge of Windows, Office, Winzip, Note Pad ++, OpenJDK, IBM i Client Access Solutions, Visio, Jira
