Senior AS400 AIX Architect

Senior AS400 / AIX Architect We are looking for an experienced AS400 (IBM i) Architect with strong AIX competencies to support and further develop our clients enterprise infrastructure landscape. The consultant will play a key architectural role, ensuring stability, scalability, and modernization of the AS400 and AIX environments. Main Responsibilities Act as architectural lead for AS400 (IBM i) and AIX platforms Design, maintain, and optimize AS400 and AIX infrastructure solutions Provide architecture guidance to clients on AS400 and AIX platform migrations Ensure seamless integration with other systems and technologies Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues Develop and maintain technical documentation for AS400 and AIX environments. The consultant will also be responsible for staying up-to-date with the latest developments in the AS400 and AIX platforms, as well as participating in knowledge sharing sessions with other team members.
