From our office in the heart of the Belgian Quarter in Cologne, we manage and advise our portfolio of renowned creators and support them in building their careers.

Aufgaben

• Betreuung der namhaften Creator:innen der AzureAgency
• You advise and support our creators in the content and strategic design of their personal brand and career
• You acquire, negotiate, and manage collaborations between creators and clients
• You accompany our creators with your expertise on the path to the next level of their career and coordinate their professional development
• You develop our creator and client portfolio strategically further and contribute with your expertise, enthusiasm, and existing network to the progress of the company

Qualifikation

• You can present a completed degree in media management, media-/communications science, business administration or a comparable field of study
• You have already gained at least 2 years of professional experience in artist management and are an expert in the care of creators
• Your network speaks for you - as an expert, you maintain relations and bring good relationships to partners in the industry with
• You have social media in your blood and a sense for current trends and mechanisms on relevant platforms
• You are professionally empathetic, open, and structured communication is one of your strengths
• You are confident in negotiating in German and English
• You work independently, organized, and very reliable
• You like to move topics in the team, work proactively, and solution-oriented
