Senior Artist Manager / Influencer Manager (m/f/d)

Tasks
What would be your tasks?
- Leading the team as the main point of contact for internal talents.
- Responsibility for acquiring new cooperation partners, creating offers, and processing incoming inquiries.
- Exercising negotiation skills in contract closures and price negotiations with suppliers and service providers.
- Developing concepts and content formats in collaboration with talents and supporting their implementation.
- Coordinating between talents and our partners, planning their engagements, and ensuring their well-being.
- Identifying and acquiring potential new talents for existing and future formats and shows.
- Promoting a future-oriented way of working and creating new opportunities beyond pure artistry in close collaboration with talents.
Qualification
What you bring with you:
- At least 3 years of experience in Artist Management, Influencer Marketing, Online Marketing, e.g., in a digital, social media, or PR agency.
- Strong interest and keen sense for the latest developments in the digital sector and consumer behavior, especially regarding new trends and technologies.
- Proficient use of all common social media and online communities.
- Experience in the implementation and/or conception of social media and influencer marketing campaigns.
- High creativity and motivation to develop innovative solutions.
- Fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken.
