Tasks

What tasks would you have?

• Leadership of the team as main point of contact for internal talents.
• Responsibility for acquiring new cooperation partners, creating offers and processing incoming inquiries.
• Exercise of negotiation skills in contract negotiations and price negotiations with providers and service providers.
• Development of concepts and content formats in collaboration with the talents, as well as support in implementation.
• Coordination between the talents and our partners, planning their appearances and ensuring their well-being.
• Identification and acquisition of potential new talents for existing and future formats and broadcasts.
• Fostering a forward-looking working style and creating new opportunities beyond mere artist existence in close collaboration with the talents

Qualification

You bring:

• Mind. 3 years of experience in the area of Artist Management, Influencer Marketing, Online Marketing, e.g., in a digital, social media or PR agency
• A keen interest and fine sense for the latest developments in the digital sector as well as consumer behavior, particularly with regard to new trends and technologies.
• Safe handling of all common social media and online communities
• Experience in implementing and/or conceiving social media and influencer marketing campaigns
• High creativity and motivation to develop innovative solutions
• Fluent German and English skills in writing and speaking
