We are looking for an experienced designer who loves timeless fashion, aesthetics, and design? As Art Director (m/w/d) at HOLZRICHTER Berlin, you will shape the visual and content identity of our premium lifestyle brand. From strategic campaign planning to independent content production – with your creative talent and exceptional sense for trends, you can successfully bring in your ideas and develop our brand sustainably.

Aufgaben

These tasks await you

• Development of multi-channel campaigns, looks, and concepts
• Project management and resource planning, including the management of all stakeholders (photographers, illustrators, videographers, and channel owners)
• Planning, implementation, and optimization of digital formats for our online channels (particularly social media, newsletters, webshop)
• Creation and optimization of inspiring content (graphic, text, video) in collaboration with our content creators
• Ensuring a uniform brand appearance across all digital channels
• Caring for, training, and further education of juniors and interns

Qualifikation

• A developed sense for fashion and trends
• Integrated creative competence
• A strong brand understanding
• Fundamental experience in dealing with new media
• Experience with photo shootings, social productions, and film productions
• Versatile skills in editing with visual and stylistic diversity
• Knowledge of creative prompting
• Good German language skills (C2) in word and writing
