Tasks

• You analyze the challenges of our clients and develop robust visual concepts from them.
• You develop and design brand, campaign, and product appearances with a clear design claim.
• You translate strategic ideas into precise visual solutions for digital and classical media.
• You develop visual systems and assets for digital products, websites, social media, and print.
• You consistently pursue visual concepts from idea to final execution.
• You present concepts and design ideas structured and persuasively – internally and externally.
• You work iteratively in the team and continuously develop design further.

Qualification

• Education or study in the field of graphic, communication, or media design or a comparable qualification.
• Multiple years of experience as an Art Director or in a comparable role – agency, company, or self-employed.
• A very good sense for design, typography, brand management, and visual systems.
• A high standard for design quality, consistency, and detail depth.
• Safety in handling professional design workflows and common tools.
• A clear hands-on mentality and the ability to take responsibility.
• Communication strength, team orientation, and the ability to take a position.
• Interest in further development, new perspectives, and design depth.
