Ideal Candidate
We are looking for a Senior/Architect Power Platform or Dynamics 365 for part-time (fractional) collaboration, exclusively with professionals from Romania.
This is not a project for juniors, mid-levels, or task execution on demand.
Context:
We manage a multistore e-commerce ecosystem (OpenCart) and want to build, phase-by-phase, an operational system modular (ERP/WMS/CRM) on Power Platform. The objective is to take over critical processes and reduce dependence on hard-to-maintain custom development.
What we are looking for:
– solid experience in Power Apps (Canvas & Model Driven), Power Automate, Dataverse, and integrations
– higher education degrees completed in the IT field (Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics-Informatics)
API (Custom Connectors)
– architectural thinking (not just implementation)
– ability to say 'no' to wrong requests and propose scalable solutions
– experience with OpenCart or other e-commerce platforms constitutes a significant advantage
What we are not looking for:
– freelancers who only execute tasks
– projects treated superficially, without ownership
– juniors or mid-levels who want to learn on our budget
