Senior Area Sales Manager

Gruppo Buffetti, national leader in software development and distribution, as well as office products and services, is seeking a Senior Area Manager to be inserted into the Retail structure (Telematic Registers, Services and Software Solutions). Information about the role Geographic areas of competence: North East (Triveneto, E. Romagna) in particular for the territory of the provinces of Ferrara, Ravenna, Forlì-Cesena, Rimini Responsibilities Manage the customer portfolio (riven from the analysis of market trends and competitor activity), identifying opportunities for growth and development. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives, leveraging relationships with key clients and partners. Collaborate with the Retail team to develop and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and events that drive sales and increase brand awareness. Analyze sales data and market trends to identify areas of opportunity and optimize sales performance. Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty among customers. Foster strong relationships with key clients and partners, identifying opportunities for growth and development. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company's products and services, as well as industry trends and competitor activity. Stay up-to-date on market developments and competitor activity, using this information to inform sales strategies and optimize performance. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, maintaining accurate records and reports. Travel frequently throughout the assigned geographic area, visiting clients and partners, attending meetings and events, and conducting business development activities.
