Senior Architect (m/f/d) LP2 - LP4 (Limited until July 2027)

About The Role

As an architect with a focus on service phases 2-4, you will be part of our interdisciplinary planning team at GROPYUS and actively contribute to the development and implementation of innovative residential buildings.

You will accompany our projects from conceptual design to approval planning, working closely with internal specialist planners, project managers, and our Building System Team. With your structured and solution-oriented approach, you will help to realize high-quality, efficient, and sustainable residential buildings.

In your role, you will take responsibility for the planning elaboration of projects, coordinate interfaces within the planning team, and bring your experience in residential construction into the project work with confidence. The focus is on high-quality planning, close interdisciplinary collaboration, and digital planning in Revit.

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Creation and processing of conceptual, approval, and execution fundamentals in Revit
• Development of architectural solutions taking into account technical, functional, and economic requirements
• Coordination and collaboration with internal specialist planners and external project stakeholders
• Support in the creation of presentations, planning concepts, and approval documents
• Ensuring planning quality and compliance with project-related standards and processes
• Contribution to the continuous further development of our digital and serial planning system
• Support for project and planning management in organizational and planning tasks

About You

• Successfully completed degree in architecture
• At least 5 years of professional experience in planning residential construction projects
• Very good knowledge of service phases LP2-LP4 according to HOAI
• Very good knowledge of Revit and a high affinity for digital planning
• Experience in multi-story residential construction
• Experience in timber construction is a plus
• Structured, meticulous, and self-reliant way of working
• Enjoyment of working in interdisciplinary teams
• Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
