The ideal candidate will work on a variety of projects, ranging from conceptual design to technical detailing and construction documentation. You will collaborate closely with senior architects, engineers, and consultants to deliver high-quality designs that meet client requirements. Key responsibilities include: • Developing and maintaining project plans, schedules, and budgets • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery • Providing design guidance and oversight to junior architects and designers • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices • Participating in business development activities to identify new opportunities and build relationships with clients • Mentoring and guiding junior team members to achieve their career goals • Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders • Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring client satisfaction • Participating in continuous learning and professional development to stay current with industry trends and best practices • Other duties as assigned by the supervisor or management team.
