If you’re a ServiceNow CTA who still codes , this is not another steady-state ITSM role. A leading global investment institution is executing a greenfield-scale ServiceNow transformation , rolling out 15 modules across ITSM and broader ESM (HR, Risk, Security, Workplace) in a highly complex, global environment. This is platform ownership at enterprise scale. Not maintenance. Not incremental upgrades. They need a technically strong architect who can design, scale and future-proof the ecosystem for this ambitious project. The ideal candidate will be able to lead the architecture and implementation of ServiceNow across multiple modules, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and processes.
