For our Content & Communication team, we are looking for linguistically strong personalities who develop, manage, and consistently maintain content in a target group-relevant manner across channels.

Your Impact with Us

As a Senior Architect (all genders), you design software and solution architectures for complex digital projects. You make decisions understandable, practically test important assumptions, and stay closely connected with the engineering teams until implementation.
This is what you will achieve specifically:

• Architecture Impact: You design implementable architectures for web platforms, digital services, APIs, and integrations with suitable CMS and cloud components.
• Business Impact: You evaluate solution paths based on customer benefit, feasibility, security, operation, and economic viability.
• Collaboration Impact: You clarify business goals with clients and create a common understanding in engineering, consulting, and delivery.
• Delivery Impact: You test critical assumptions through prototypes or code reviews and support architectural decisions through to implementation.
• Ownership & Communication: You document important decisions, explain goal conflicts, and make risks and dependencies transparent.
• Growth & Capability: You further develop architectural knowledge and standards within the team and provide guidance to engineers through reviews and mentoring.

Why You

• You have been responsible for digital platforms or services across multiple project phases as an engineer and architect.
• You can develop yourself in a modern backend or frontend stack. Java/Spring Boot, Kotlin, Node.js, and TypeScript with Vue/Nuxt, React, or Angular are a good fit for us; the specific stack is not crucial.
• You master API and integration design, data modeling, and the fundamentals of scalable and maintainable systems.
• You are familiar with cloud environments like AWS or Azure and have practical experience with CI/CD and containers.
• You can explain architectural decisions understandably, moderate goal conflicts, and practically test important assumptions with the team.
• You provide guidance to engineers and support technical conception and effort estimations.
• You know AI-assisted development with coding agents from practical experience and can help shape sensible workflows and rules for quality and security.
• You communicate fluently in German and English.
• You live in Munich or the surrounding area and can come to the office on short notice if needed. There is no fixed office quota.
