As part of our growth, we are looking for a Senior AI Engineering Manager, with at least 7 years of experience in AI topics, capable of leading cutting-edge projects and mentoring high-level technical engineers (juniors to leads). As a Senior AI Engineering Manager, you will join a team of Data Science experts to successfully carry out state-of-the-art data and AI projects up to project delivery. Your mission is to transform our clients' challenges into concrete and innovative solutions.

Your Responsibilities:

• Client Project Management: You will oversee the technical and functional design of various projects, including GenAI (Agents, LLM/VLM, NLP, RAG). You will guarantee quality, timeline, and budget, while maintaining a relationship of trust with our clients' operational teams.

• Production and Expertise: You will lead technical consulting missions (audits, AI strategies, architecture) and participate in technological watch to maintain our expertise at the highest level.

• Pre-sales and Business Development: You will contribute to the company's growth, design solid technical proposals, and participate in presentations to convince future clients.

• Team Management: You will support a team of Data Scientists (up to 7 people), help them develop their skills, coach them, and ensure their fulfillment by aligning their individual objectives with the most relevant projects.

Profile Sought

Must have:

• You hold a degree from an engineering school with at least 7 years of professional experience,

• You have significant experience in generative AI (Chatbot, NLP, LLM/VLM, RAG),

• You have an excellent understanding of technical concepts (models, architecture, data, evaluation) and standard AI and generative AI tasks & use cases,

• You have acquired solid experience in project management (scoping, budget, staffing...),

• You have directly led a team with a high technical level in Data Science.

Nice to have:

• You have in-depth knowledge of deployment architectures (Cloud, MLOps),

• You are recognized for your excellent communication and leadership skills,

• You have the ability to solve complex problems and innovate.
