Senior App Platform Engineer - Flutter (m/w/d) // Remote possible

Our distributed teams work hybrid with their colleagues together and have the opportunity to either work remotely or from one of our office locations in Stuttgart, Düsseldorf, and Munich. To meet up at team meetings on site.

• As an experienced member of our development teams, you design, plan, and develop the technical platform architecture for our Flutter-based app with a special focus on iOS-specific infrastructure and system integration.
• In our modern cross-platform architecture, you take active ownership of critical platform components, drive architectural decisions forward, and establish scalable solutions for performance, security, and stability.
• You shape the platform infrastructure from system architecture to CI/CD pipeline and ensure through your Flutter and iOS expertise a robust, maintainable, and expandable technical foundation.
• You develop and optimize core libraries, build systems, and cross-platform services that serve as a foundation for all feature teams.
• You work closely with platform architects, DevOps engineers, and feature teams, define technical standards, and support the integration of complex platform features.
• With your experience, you evaluate technical debt, plan migration strategies, and assess the impact of platform changes on the entire app architecture - always keeping the balance between technical innovation and system stability in mind.
• You are always up-to-date with technological developments, especially regarding Flutter framework updates, iOS SDK changes, and new platform capabilities, and drive the evolution of the technical platform forward proactively.
