Senior Android Developer - Kotlin

We are looking for an Android developer responsible for the development and maintenance of applications aimed at a vast number of diverse Android devices. Your primary focus will be the development of Android applications and their integration with back-end services. You will be working along-side other engineers and developers working on different layers of the infrastructure. Therefore, commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and creating quality products is essential. The ideal candidate should have experience in developing complex Android applications using Kotlin programming language, as well as proficiency in Java. Additionally, knowledge of RESTful APIs, JSON data structures, and database management systems such as MySQL or SQLite would be beneficial. Furthermore, the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, prioritize tasks, and manage time efficiently is crucial. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of software development life cycles, including Agile methodologies, and experience working in an environment where code reviews are performed regularly. As part of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining Android applications that meet the highest standards of quality, reliability, and performance. You will also participate in code reviews, contribute to the development of best practices, and collaborate with other engineers to resolve complex technical issues.
