Your mission:
- BUILDING, OPERATING, AND DEVELOPING A SCALABLE ETL-AND DATA INFRASTRUCTURE (DWH, DATA LAKE)
- MANAGING THE ANALYTICS LAYER AND ENSURING DATA QUALITY AND CONSISTENCY
- SUPPORTING DEPARTMENTS IN DATA ANALYSIS AND BI APPLICATIONS
- DOCUMENTATION, TRAINING, AND ENABLEMENT OF OTHER TEAMS FOR USING THE DATA PLATFORM
- ENSURING THAT DATA IS EFFICIENTLY MADE AVAILABLE FOR AI APPLICATIONS
- EVALUATING AND IMPLEMENTING SUITABLE OPEN-SOURCE TOOLS FOR OUR DATA-AND ANALYTICS ARCHITECTURE
- TAKING RESPONSIBILITY FOR SECURITY, MONITORING, AND PERFORMANCE OF THE ENTIRE STACK
Your profile:
- MULTI-YEAR EXPERIENCE IN BUILDING AND OPERATING ETL STREAMS AS WELL AS DATA WAREHOUSES AND/OR DATA LAKES
- FUNDAMENTAL KNOWLEDGE IN HANDLING RELEVANT TOOLS IN THE DATA ENGINEERING/ANALYTICS FIELD (E.G. AIRFLOW, DBT, POSTGRESQL, PRESTO/TRINO, SPARK, KAFKA)
- ABILITY TO MANAGE A COMPLETE DATA STACK INDEPENDENTLY (FROM DATA INTEGRATION TO ANALYTICS LAYER)
- EXPERIENCE IN DATA ANALYSIS AND ENABLING DEPARTMENTS TO PERFORM SELF-SUFFICIENT ANALYSES
- EXPERIENCE IN PROVIDING DATA FOR AI-DRIVEN ANALYTICS APPLICATIONS
- VERY GOOD COMMUNICATION SKILLS IN GERMAN AND ENGLISH
