Senior Analyst/Restructuring Consultant (m/f/d)

Full-time

This role can be filled as a primary customer advisor with direct customer contact or as an administrator without direct customer contact. The decision on this will be made in a joint discussion.

• You will manage and support companies in need of restructuring and ensure smooth implementation.
• You will analyze economic conditions and restructuring and reorganization concepts.
• You will assess risks and develop viable solutions in the form of engagement strategies to sustainably stabilize customer relationships.
• You will analyze and evaluate the economic conditions, liquidity situation, and planned figures of small and medium-sized enterprises as well as real estate financing.
• You will work closely with the legal department and external consultants.
• You will conduct negotiations with customers, creditors, and other stakeholders confidently and effectively.
• You will monitor the agreed-upon restructuring measures and implement them consistently.
• You are motivated and enjoy further developing credit processes and your own team.

What we expect:

• You have a degree in business administration, finance, or a comparable qualification (e.g., banking apprenticeship, further training).
• You have many years of experience in analyzing corporate or real estate financing and have built up demonstrable expertise in dealing with restructuring engagements as well as at the interface of restructuring and settlement.
• You act confidently in difficult situations and communicate clearly and reliably at all times.
• You have a high level of problem-solving and decision-making competence, get straight to the point, and can be measured by the quality of your work.
• Ideally, you have user knowledge of the IT solution agree21 from the cooperative financial network.
