Senior Analyst Relations Manager

The Senior Analyst Relations Manager will execute the annual strategy and plan to engage with Tier-1 industry analysts (i.e. Gartner, Forrester, IDC) to strengthen Omilia’s positioning, credibility, and influence in the Conversational AI and Agentic AI space. You will work closely with product, marketing, and leadership teams to ensure messaging, product roadmap, customer evidence, and competitive intelligence are all aligned with analyst expectations. You must deeply understand the analyst ecosystem and their research agenda, synthesize and communicate feedback, and track results to optimize the program. **Responsibilities:** * Develop and execute the annual analyst relations plan, including briefings, inquiries, and events. * Build and maintain strong relationships with key industry analysts. * Manage and coordinate analyst briefings, inquiries, and other interactions. * Develop and deliver compelling presentations and messaging that effectively communicate Omilia's value proposition and vision. * Track and analyze analyst research, reports, and rankings. * Synthesize and communicate analyst feedback to internal stakeholders, including product, marketing, and sales teams. * Collaborate with product, marketing, and sales teams to develop content and messaging for analyst interactions. * Manage the AR budget and track program results. * Stay up-to-date on industry trends and analyst research. * Support the company's participation in analyst events and conferences. **Qualifications:** * Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field. * 5+ years of experience in analyst relations, public relations, or marketing. * Strong understanding of the analyst landscape and research methodologies. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Strong presentation and public speaking skills. * Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Strong project management and organizational skills. * Experience in the Conversational AI and/or Agentic AI space is preferred. **Benefits:** * Competitive salary * Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance * Paid time off * Professional development opportunities * A collaborative and innovative work environment
