Tasks

• You analyze risks and opportunities of complex credit engagements with a focus on foreign commercial real estate companies, funds, and consortium financing (from approximately € 10 million).
• You prepare decision-ready loan applications in the complex new and existing business for all levels of committees.
• You accompany positively decided loan applications during the contract conclusion and payment phase and monitor a related portfolio throughout the entire life cycle of a credit engagement.

Qualification

• You possess, in addition to a completed commercial education and/or a completed degree, at least 3 years of practical experience in complex real estate financing and possibly also in the field of financing complex consortium investments.
• You have practical experience and very good expertise in the consortium and fund business.
• You possess a secure risk and decision-making behavior as well as very good analytical skills, even for complex matters.
• You have very good knowledge of credit-relevant legal and security questions, bring very good knowledge of the Berlin real estate market, and move ideally confidently in the English language.
