Through its unified platform, ALT5 enables banks, fintechs, and enterprises to integrate digital assets seamlessly into their financial operations.We are seeking a Senior Analyst to join our Digital Assets Operations team to support middle office operational processes for cryptocurrencies, focusing on trading, trade settlement, reconciliation, and custody within the context of our treasury, payments, and exchange products. The position requires strong operational acumen, risk awareness, and adaptability to evolving digital asset technologies and regulatory environments.
This role will collaborate with operations, compliance, and technology teams to ensure accurate, compliant, and efficient trade execution and post-trade management.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage accurate trading, trade capture, settlement, and reconciliation of digital asset transactions with counterparties, liquidity providers, and custodians..
Liaise with custodians, liquidity providers, and internal teams to promote risk management, efficient settlement, and resolve operational exceptions.
Collaborate with clients, management, compliance, and technology teams to perform continued review/enhancement of controls and risk mitigation.
Support onboarding and integration of new service providers and perform due diligence/oversight of existing liquidity providers, and custodians.
Assist with development, operational support, and documentation of procedures for new asset launches.
Track regulatory developments and industry best practices affecting digital assets.
Contribute to process improvements, automation initiatives, and control enhancements.
Requirements
What You Bring:
5+ years of relevant work experience within investment operations, custody, or related financial services role
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Computer Science, or related quantitative area
Subject matter expertise and a strong passion for digital assets
3+ years of experience within digital assets operations, including knowledge of relevant regulatory frameworks (SEC, CFTC, etc.) governing digital assets
Experience working with institutional digital asset investment managers, custodians or liquidity providers
Proficiency with reconciliation tools, data management, and Excel; experience with digital asset platforms
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
High attention to detail and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
