Headquartered in Tokyo and with over 360 years of history, the Group has about 120,000 employees and offers services… Department: Compliance Reports to: Team Lead, KYC Quality Control Overview: The Senior Analyst, KYC Quality Control (QC) is responsible for conducting quality control reviews of Know Your Customer (KYC) records. The Senior Analyst will assist with the identification of trends, provide feedback and training, and monitor remediation efforts. The Senior Analyst will ensure that the quality of KYC records is consistent with regulatory requirements and MUFG policies and procedures. Responsibilities: * Conduct quality control reviews of KYC records to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and MUFG policies and procedures. * Identify trends and provide feedback to KYC analysts and management. * Assist with the development and delivery of training programs. * Monitor remediation efforts and provide updates to management. * Prepare reports on QC findings. * Participate in special projects as needed. Qualifications: * Bachelors degree in a related field. * 5+ years of experience in KYC or a related field. * Strong understanding of KYC regulations and requirements. * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. * Experience with KYC systems and databases.
