Headquartered in Tokyo and with over 360 years of history, the Group has about 120,000 employees and offers services… Job Summary: The Senior Analyst - CyberArk Support will be responsible for providing operational support, maintenance, and troubleshooting for the CyberArk Privileged Access Management (PAM) solution. This role involves ensuring the stability, security, and optimal performance of the CyberArk environment. The Senior Analyst will collaborate with various teams to implement security policies, manage user access, and respond to security incidents related to privileged accounts. Additionally, the role will contribute to the ongoing improvement and enhancement of the CyberArk platform. Key Responsibilities: * Provide day-to-day operational support and maintenance for the CyberArk environment, including monitoring system performance, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring system availability. * Manage and maintain the CyberArk components, including the vault, Central Policy Engine (CPE), and Privileged Session Manager (PSM). * Implement and enforce security policies and access controls within CyberArk, ensuring compliance with organizational standards and regulatory requirements. * Manage user access and permissions within CyberArk, including onboarding and offboarding users, and managing user roles and entitlements. * Respond to security incidents related to privileged accounts, investigating and resolving issues in a timely manner. * Perform regular audits and reviews of the CyberArk environment to identify and address security vulnerabilities and configuration issues. * Collaborate with other IT teams to integrate CyberArk with other security tools and systems, such as SIEM and monitoring tools. * Participate in the planning and implementation of CyberArk upgrades, patches, and new features. * Create and maintain documentation for CyberArk processes, procedures, and configurations. * Provide training and support to end-users on CyberArk usage and best practices. * Stay up-to-date on the latest CyberArk features, security threats, and industry best practices. Qualifications: * Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field. * 5+ years of experience in IT security, with a focus on privileged access management. * 3+ years of hands-on experience with CyberArk, including installation, configuration, and administration. * Strong understanding of CyberArk components, including the vault, CPE, and PSM. * Experience with implementing and managing security policies and access controls. * Knowledge of Active Directory and other directory services. * Experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell or Python. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * CyberArk certification(s) preferred (e.g., CyberArk Certified Defender, CyberArk Certified Sentry).
