Senior Business Operations Analyst (m/f/d)

Your Tasks

• End-to-End Funnel Ownership: You are responsible for the holistic management of the funnel, from the handover of leads from performance marketing to optimal conversion in booking and sales.

• Capacity & SLA Management: You ensure plannable scaling by translating available sales capacities into precise lead targets and managing allocation in close coordination with marketing.

• KPI & Performance Management: You define and control a data-driven KPI system (e.g., Speed-to-Lead, Show-Rate), identify conversion hurdles, and derive targeted optimization measures from them.

• Lead Operations (Lead Ops): You design the structural foundations for lead processing, from data quality and segmentation to efficient scoring and intelligent routing.

• Process Optimization & Bottleneck Analysis: You analyze the entire funnel for bottlenecks and implement cross-functional improvements to sustainably increase throughput and conversion rates.

• Interface Management: You act as a bridge between Booking/Sales and Performance Marketing, establish clear quality standards, and ensure that operational learnings are consistently fed back into process optimization.

• Scaling & Automation: You expand the operational structures – such as SOPs, documentation, and automations – to reduce manual effort and ensure maximum consistency with increasing volume.

Your Profile

• Successfully completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in an economic, technical, or scientific field

• 1-3 years of relevant professional experience, ideally in venture development, operations, process optimization, automation, or a high-growth environment

• Strong analytical skills and a structured, solution-oriented way of working

• Strong ownership mindset and the ability to drive topics independently and pragmatically

• Hands-on mentality with a passion for actively shaping, optimizing, and scaling processes

• Interest in continuous improvement of processes along the entire customer journey

• High quality standards, entrepreneurial thinking, and strong implementation skills

• Experience with or interest in analysis and automation tools such as Excel, Airtable, Snowflake, or make.com

• You have German language skills at a minimum of C1 level
