Senior System and Business Analyst

We are looking for an experienced Senior Systems Analyst to join a team working on projects in the banking environment. The role will focus on working with business and system requirements, designing solutions, and close collaboration with development teams. This is a position for someone who can independently manage analytical tasks, understands system integrations well, and can translate business needs into concrete, clear specifications for IT. Scope of Responsibilities Collaboration with the bank's business units in collecting, analyzing, and refining requirements. Independent management of assigned analytical tasks and coordination of agreements with stakeholders. Preparation of functional and system solution concepts. Design of processes, screen mockups, business rules, and system models. Participation in technical solution design in collaboration with developers and architects. Description of integrations, REST services, and requirements for development teams. Support for users and testers during the testing phase, error analysis, and refinement of requirements. Coordination of activities related to solution implementation. Work in an agile team, in close cooperation with Developers, Testers, and the Product Owner. Conducting analytical workshops, moderating discussions, and organizing decisions. Requirements Minimum 8 years of experience in systems analysis. Very good ability to collect, interpret, and document user requirements. Experience in translating business requirements into technical specifications for development teams. Practical knowledge of integration issues: SOA, Web Services, REST. Experience with tools such as Postman or SOAP UI. Ability to design microservice-based solutions. Experience in documenting REST services using Swagger / YAML. Ability to model IT systems. Very good knowledge of UML. Experience with CASE tools - Enterprise Architect preferred. Good knowledge of SQL. Knowledge of distributed system architecture basics. English language at a minimum B2 level. Fluent knowledge of Polish. Nice to have Experience in banking projects. Knowledge of the credit area. Experience in designing credit processes. Soft Skills Independence in managing tasks and responsibility for the quality of delivered analysis.
