Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in AML/KYC policy development, advisory, or transformation within the financial services industry Strong research, writing, and analytical skills with the ability to distill complex regulatory requirements into actionable and concise policies Proven experience in driving change and leading cross-functional projects in a large, global organization Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across senior leadership levels and stakeholders.
