Senior Amazon Marketplace Manager (m/w/d)

You want to develop, optimize, and scale themes on Amazon, not just manage them? Then you're in the right place. We are looking for an operational key person who steers our Amazon business in daily operations and takes it step by step to the next level.

You will take over the operative responsibility for our Amazon marketplace: implement, improve, coordinate, always with a view to performance, efficiency, and scalability.

Tasks

• Operative steering & further development of our Amazon business
• Creation, maintenance, and optimization of product listings (SEO, texts, structure, conversion)
• Collaboration with our external Amazon Advertising Agency (briefings, feedback, performance evaluation)
• Analyze relevant KPIs and derive concrete measures
• Implement product launches & optimization projects and bring them smoothly into operation
• Built processes, standards, and workflows and improve them
• Identify potential for automation & scalability and make it realistically usable

Qualification

• Degree or training in the field of Marketing / Communication / E-Commerce (or comparable)
• Multiple years of experience in Amazon Marketplace Management
• Very good understanding of Amazon logics (SEO, content, conversion)
• Basic to good understanding of Amazon Advertising
• Structured, self-reliant work style and genuine implementation strength
• Drive: you want to move themes forward, not just manage them
