Senior Amazon Marketplace Manager (m/w/d) - 100% Remote in D2C Scale-Up

We develop at Health Routine natural health products that help people feel well throughout their lives. We are a 35-person dynamic team that works both at our company location in Innsbruck and remotely across Germany & Austria.

To take our Amazon business to the next level, we are looking for a Senior Amazon Marketplace Manager*in on a full-time basis (40 hours/week), who will be responsible for our entire Amazon business (currently 7-8 million euros annual sales).

Your mission at Health Routine

Currently, our Amazon business (7-10 million euros annual sales) is still being externally managed – we are convinced that with the right person inhouse we can still extract much more from this channel.

You are the driving force behind our Amazon business and lead it like your own company. From PPC to content and listings, to inventory development – you are responsible for everything that happens on Amazon.

You build structures, processes, and your own freelancer team from scratch, just as you see fit.

Tasks

• Total responsibility for our Amazon business (DACH focus, possibly expansion to the USA)
• Amazon PPC & Performance-Marketing: Strategy, steering, and optimization of all Sponsored Ads (SP, SB, SD) including DSP – you steer the advertising budget independently on profit targets (TACoS, contribution margin)
• Listing- & Content-Optimization: Development and continuous optimization of product listings, A+ content, and brand stores – including KI-gestützter Content- und Bildererstellung (with support from our internal design team)
