Boeing Brazil is seeking Senior Airborne Electronic Hardware Engineer working out of the Sao Jose Dos Campos office. The Senior Airborne Electronic Hardware Engineer will work within Boeing organizations and interface with suppliers, customers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project execution. This role requires strong technical skills in airborne electronic hardware engineering, including design, development, testing, and integration of complex systems. Key responsibilities include: • Developing and maintaining technical documentation for airborne electronic hardware designs. • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative solutions. • Providing technical guidance and support to junior engineers and other stakeholders. • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in airborne electronic hardware engineering. • Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to improve processes and reduce costs. • Developing and maintaining relationships with suppliers, customers, and other stakeholders. • Ensuring compliance with Boeing's policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or related field. • 8+ years of experience in airborne electronic hardware engineering. • Strong technical skills in design, development, testing, and integration of complex systems. • Experience with CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks) and simulation tools (e.g., ANSYS). • Knowledge of industry standards and regulations (e.g., DO-160, RTCA/DO-254). • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks. • Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
