Senior AI Systems Engineer (AWS) 100% Remote (m/w/d)

We are looking for AI-First Systems Engineers for Enterprise. We have been working productively with AI in real customer projects since 2022. Siemens, Deutsche Börse, Volkswagen.

We deliver projects with result accountability. No body leasing, no PowerPoints. Our engineers think in architectures and decisions. AI takes over the execution. Whoever works with us is a product manager of their own AI team: with Claude Code, Cursor, and the tools that really work.

Tasks

You are the technical key figure in Enterprise projects on AWS. You sit down with customers, understand their challenges, and design solutions. Then you orchestrate AI agents, let infrastructure as code generate, review the output critically, and iterate. Not line by line. But architecture for architecture.

• You design highly available AWS architectures and implement them using AI-supported IaC
• You work directly with customers on cloud strategies and migration projects
• You use AI CLI tools as a multiplier: Claude Code, Cursor, or Gemini CLI
• You mentor other engineers and define technical standards
• You make architectural decisions and take responsibility for the result

Qualification

• At least 5 years of experience with AWS and cloud architectures
• AWS Professional Certification or comparable
• Experience with at least one AI CLI tool (Claude Code, Cursor, Gemini CLI)
• Solid knowledge in IaC (Terraform, CDK, or CloudFormation)
• Safety awareness for Enterprise requirements
• You can communicate complex technical relationships clearly
• You are fluent in German and English
