Senior AI Strategy & Innovation Manager (m/f/d)

For our client, an Austrian corporate group with a broad investment portfolio, we are looking for an experienced personality to strategically and operationally drive the development of a central AI function. In this role, you will work with companies from various industries and develop AI initiatives that promote innovation, efficiency, and sustainable growth.

• Establishment and strategic further development of a central AI function for several portfolio companies
• Identification, evaluation, and prioritization of AI use cases with measurable economic added value
• Moderation of workshops for needs assessment and support of companies in the implementation of suitable AI initiatives
• Development of an overarching AI strategy, taking into account governance, compliance, and existing group structures
• Establishment and maintenance of a network of internal stakeholders, technology partners, consultants, and researchers
• Monitoring of current AI trends and tools as well as transfer of relevant developments to different business models

... your competence

• Several years of professional experience in AI, digitalization, innovation, or technology-related project environments
• In-depth understanding of AI applications, current market developments, and the economic evaluation of use cases
• Experience in project management, consulting, or a comparable interface function
• Ability to connect technical, economic, and regulatory perspectives
• Strong communication, moderation, and networking skills, as well as confident interaction with various stakeholders
• Very good German and English language skills, as well as an independent, pragmatic, and strategic working style
