(Senior) AI Strategy & Implementation Consultant

Neurawork is looking for the consultant who will guide our clients through the AI transformation – from strategy to implementation.

You want to work in AI implementation in the medium-sized business sector – but without building 50-slide decks or implementing fanciful ideas that never land with the client. You haven't just learned AI in a weekend certificate course, but have built, integrated, and made it work yourself – and now want to strategically apply this skill, not just operationally. You want to accompany real transformation, with clear structures, and measurable results.

Responsibilities

What you will do with us

• Client responsibility in AI strategy and implementation projects with medium-sized businesses (industry focuses include services and investors)
• Strategy work horizontally across all functional areas – marketing, sales, customer service, accounting, operations, IT
• Use-case prioritization and roadmap design based on impact
• Change management accompanies every mandate – you ensure that implementation considers the human factor and changes are proactively addressed
• Technical support and close coordination with the client's IT department during implementation
• Knowledge transfer into our TÜV SÜD certified AI training and into AI business coaching – live sessions from ongoing projects

Qualifications

What we are looking for

• You have conceptualized and built AI systems yourself, not just used or accompanied them – set up a RAG pipeline, put an agent into production, technically managed an automation – and can defend your technical understanding (LLMs, RAG, Agentic AI, Cloud vs. Local operation, their respective limitations) in technical discussions relevant to the project
• You have 4+ years of professional experience with demonstrable client or project responsibility – as a strategy, management, or technology consultant, as a (part-time) project manager for an AI or digitalization initiative, or in comparable operational responsibility. The title doesn't matter to us, the responsibility does
• You demonstrate confident client management at both C-level and project manager level
• What doesn't convince us: a further training course as an "AI consultant" without technical substance behind it. If your AI knowledge is based on a certificate course rather than your own implementation, we unfortunately don't fit together at this time
• You ideally have initial experience in presenting and imparting knowledge to groups – live sessions in AI business coaching, online events, workshops with many participants
• You have fluent German and good English skills
• You are resident in Germany
