Your Mission:

As an AI Strategy Consultant, you will take on a key role: You will develop and implement corporate, growth, and transformation strategies at the C-level – particularly in technology-driven contexts such as Digital, AI, Cloud, and Sustainability.

Tasks

• Strategy & Transformation:
  You will develop and be responsible for comprehensive corporate, growth, and transformation strategies – from the vision at C-level down to successful implementation within the organization
• Leadership & Team Building:
  You will build high-performing consulting teams, develop and coach your team members, and ensure sustainable project success through active performance management
• Customer Responsibility & Business Development:
  You will take on end-to-end responsibility for customer relationships – from stakeholder management to acquisition and offer steering, up to portfolio, budget, and financial results

Qualification

• Experience in managing strategy and transformation projects, ideally in the context of C-level stakeholders, as well as a completed Master's degree or equivalent qualification
• First experience in professional leadership and team building, as well as interest in taking on responsibility and developing others
• Outstanding skills in customer management and business development
• Experience or interest in technology-driven topics such as Digital, AI, Cloud, or Sustainability
• Very good German and English language skills in writing and speaking
