(Senior) AI Specialist (m/f/d)

We are a young tech company developing an innovative software solution for logistics. Our goal: to make reusable solutions as simple as single-use, thereby optimizing one of the most annoying processes in the industry – while simultaneously significantly reducing the CO₂ footprint of logistics.

In this role, you will think outside the box: You will recognize what we can achieve with our existing data and, together with us, develop Loopario's AI strategy – for our product, our customers, and our daily work as a team. You don't have to program the AI features yourself, but rather set the direction and show how AI can be meaningfully applied.

Responsibilities

• Source of Ideas for AI: You proactively contribute new ideas on where and how we can meaningfully use AI at Loopario – in the product, in the organization, and in our workflows.

• Focus on Our You analyze the data available to us and develop ideas on what can be implemented with it and how AI can create real added value for our customers.

• Shape AI Strategy: You co-develop Loopario's entire AI strategy, continuously expand it, and keep an eye on benefits, costs, and feasibility.

• Sparring Partner for the Company: You advise and support all teams – from Sales and Customer Success to Product – on AI topics and help turn ideas into concrete solutions.

• AI in Development: You support our development department in further developing existing AI tools and optimize the corresponding processes and workflows.

• Training & Enablement: You keep track of the rapid developments in the AI field and train the various teams in the company on AI topics and usage. In doing so, you empower all colleagues to confidently use AI in their daily work.

• Prototyping: You quickly build your own AI tools and prototypes to test ideas and, together with the team, decide what will be pursued further.

Qualifications

• AI Mindset: You are enthusiastic about AI, passionate about the rapid developments in this field, and want to continuously develop yourself and your way of working.

• Claude Experience: You have already worked extensively with Claude and know its capabilities from practical experience.

• Trend Knowledge: You are familiar with current AI trends and tools and can assess what is hype and what brings real added value.

• Practical Experience: You have already built your own cool tools with AI and can show us what you have achieved with them.

• Programming Skills: You possess programming skills as a solid foundation for understanding technical contexts and implementing your own prototypes (C# is an advantage).

• Data Understanding: You think in terms of data and have a good sense for how existing data can be used and prepared for AI applications.

• Communication & Facilitation: You explain complex AI topics understandably, inspire even non-technical colleagues, and enjoy sharing your knowledge in training sessions. For this, you have fluent German language skills in speaking and writing and good English skills.

• What you don't need: You don't need to have programmed or trained AI models yourself – we are focused on the meaningful application of AI.
