We are expanding our "Generative AI" business area and are looking for you to develop agentic AI solutions together that solve real problems for our clients.

What awaits you

• Challenging projects with LLMs, Agentic RAG, and AI agent frameworks like LangGraph or OpenAI Agent SDK. You will build evaluation pipelines and observability (logging/tracing with LangSmith, Langfuse, or similar) and work with a modern MLOps stack and Vector Databases.
• You will advise clients as a trusted partner at eye level and strategically guide them in implementing innovative AI initiatives.
• In workshops, you will develop the AI architecture for the respective use cases together with our clients, determine the business requirements, and establish a roadmap that enables a quick start with short-term results.
• With enthusiasm, you will use modern agentic development methods, develop best practices with your team, and continuously promote knowledge transfer regarding modern AI architectures, model optimization, and enterprise AI integration.
• You will follow relevant trends and contribute content for white papers, landing pages, workshop concepts, and AI products to inspire clients to join us.

What you should bring

• At least 10 years of experience in software development, ideally with a custom software service provider or in IT consulting.
• Project experience with LLMs and Agentic RAG implementations as well as with AI agent frameworks – whether in the Python environment (LangGraph, Deepagents), in the TypeScript area (Eve, Flue, Mastra), or in the Microsoft ecosystem (Semantic Kernel / Microsoft Agent Framework, Azure AI Foundry). Experience with Vector Databases and MLOps is advantageous.
• The competence to convey AI concepts and architectures to clients in a clear and practical manner.
• Ability to integrate AI systems into existing architectures.
• German and English language skills at C1 level.
• Willingness to travel within Germany: 1-2 times a month for workshops and conferences.

• Competitive compensation: Depending on your experience and skills, we offer a gross annual salary of €80,000 to €90,000 for a 40-hour work week.
