Senior AI Solutions Engineer (m/w/d)

Your Tasks

We're not building playgrounds at AlphaPet, but integrating Artificial Intelligence deep into our value creation. You are the 'Missing Link' between business strategy and modern technology.
You will develop solutions from idea to productive agent that revolutionize our processes – from 'Knowledge Hub' to 'Brand Portfolio Manager'.

• Agentic Engineering: Build not just chatbots, but autonomous agents. Understand how to equip LLMs with tools, implement planning loops (Reasoning Loops), and automate complex workflows.
• Multimodal Solutions: Utilize the full bandwidth of modern models – text generation, image generation (Image Gen) and document recognition (OCR/Vision) – to create solutions that can see, read, and understand.
• Context Engineering: Go beyond simple prompting. Design how information (from vector data banks or APIs) is optimally prepared and made available to the model to minimize hallucinations and maximize relevance.
• Rapid Prototyping with AI-Tools: Use modern development environments like Cursor, to come from idea to code extremely quickly. Integrate and configure Open Web UI as an interface for our users.
• Process Architecture: Analyze business processes in HR, Marketing or Supply Chain, understand the 'Flow' and translate it into technical AI workflows.

What You Bring

• Applied AI Mindset: You are a pragmatic implementer. You want to solve business problems, not research models. You understand 'Business Value'.
• Tech Stack Competence:
  -> Must-Have: Python (secure handling), depth of experience with APIs (OpenAI, Google Gemini, Anthropic), n8n (for workflows), Open Web UI.
  -> Nice-to-Have / Basis: LangChain (or similar orchestration concepts), vector data banks (RAG concepts).
• Agentic Experience: You have experience with modern agent frameworks or have already built systems that autonomously process task sequences.
• Languages: You communicate fluently in German and English, to both technically dive deep and pick up stakeholders.
• Soft Skills: High process understanding, curiosity, and the ability to explain complex tech topics simply.
