(Senior) AI Solution Engineer (m/f/d)

Your Role With Us

We are looking for an (Senior) AI Solution Engineer (f/m/d) who is passionate about their work and ready to take responsibility.
At Workist, our AI Solution Engineers work directly with our customers during the onboarding and implementation process to configure and customize our AI product so that they can go "live" as quickly as possible. Our customers rely on Workist's AI software to automate important core processes in the document business. You can be part of the AI Solution Engineering team from day one and help our customers automate their business processes with the help of our AI.

Your Tasks

You will be responsible for the implementation and integration of Workist's AI-based SaaS, playing an important role in the customer journey. You will proactively identify process and product improvements.

Your tasks at a glance:

• You will independently lead your customers' implementation projects and ensure their completion within the pre-defined time and effort framework.
• You will support our customers in connecting their existing IT systems (ERP) to Workist AI-SaaS (import, export, API documentation, workshops with customers).
• You will be dedicated and provide technical support to our customers, both before and after contract signing, ensuring that our software is compatible with their existing IT infrastructure and data privacy compliant.
• You will analyze and identify new application cases ("Use Cases") that can create added value.
• You have experience in setting clear goals and boundaries with customers and in defending them.
• You will work closely with the Product & Engineering team to understand specific challenges and evaluate potential AI solutions (aligned with market and customer needs).
• You will identify necessary customizations with our customers for their work with our Workist AI-SaaS and implement them independently.
• You enjoy sharing your experience with your team members and supporting junior team members in their development.

Your Profile

We are looking for you as a professional team player who feels comfortable in an agile working environment where we share knowledge and spur each other on to achieve the best possible results.

This is what you bring:

• You already have experience (+4 years) in Solution Engineering (B2B SaaS or enterprise software with complex technical implementations (API integrations, ERP systems, etc.)).
• You have already demonstrated that you can manage lengthy implementation projects end-to-end.
• You have excellent communication and project management skills.
• ERP integration knowledge (e.g., SAP S/4, Microsoft Dynamics BC or F&O, Oracle Netsuite, etc.) is a plus.
• You have good programming experience in Python.
• You love to continuously develop yourself, work independently, and make your own decisions.
• You speak fluent German and English (native speaker or at least C1).
