If we connect you with an organization from our network, you can expect no standard employment, but a key position at the interface of AI Engineering, product development, and scaling:

• AI-Produkt mit Ownership: You take responsibility for central parts of the AI architecture – not just individual features.

• Agent-Systeme & Orchestrierung: You design and develop scalable AI-Agent systems with Multi-Step Reasoning, Decision Pipelines, and Tool Use.

• Quality & Reliability: You are responsible for the reliability and quality of AI outputs through evaluation, monitoring, and guardrails.

• LLM-Systementwicklung: You develop productive LLM systems further – from prompting and tooling to memory, orchestration, and fine-tuning.

• Observability & Evaluation: You build frameworks for testing, regression, and AI evaluation to make quality measurable and steerable in the long term.

• Business Impact: You work closely with product and business teams to achieve real influence on processes, automation, and revenue.

• Technische Weichenstellung: You make architectural and stack decisions with long-term impact.

Qualifikation

What you bring

• You have several years of experience in software development and have ideally already worked in the AI or LLM field.

• You approach technical topics from an architecture and system perspective, rather than just implementing individual requirements.

• You are familiar with Python and know common backend stacks from practice.

• You have already worked with modern LLM setups and know how to build productive AI applications sensibly.

• You bring a good understanding of how quality, stability, and traceability can be ensured in AI systems.

• You can make technical decisions based on solid foundations and weigh speed, quality, and maintainability against each other.

• You work independently, take responsibility, and bring topics reliably to fruition.

• You have the claim not only to develop ideas but also to bring functioning solutions into implementation.
