Senior AI Security & Governance Engineer

We are looking for a Senior AI Security & Governance Engineer to embed responsible AI controls directly into runtime systems. This role requires strong technical depth and risk judgment — not policy documentation. Required Skills & Experience 5–9 years of engineering experience Strong Python / scripting Experience with: Security or governance-related systems Policy-as-code or rule engines Strong understanding of: AI risks (hallucinations, prompt injection, data leakage) Enterprise compliance management frameworks Familiarity with regulatory requirements such as GDPR, HIPAA, and CCPA Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and tight deadlines Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and collaboration skills Ability to adapt to changing requirements and priorities Experience working with cloud-based systems and services (e.g., AWS, Azure) Familiarity with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker) Knowledge of machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) Understanding of data governance principles and practices
