Aufgaben

• End-to-End Product Ownership: You will take full responsibility for our AI products (e.g. Charger AI) – from strategic vision to concept, design, release, and continuous optimization.
• Rapid Prototyping & Validierung: Using modern tools (Cursor, Bolt, v0, Claude), you develop standalone functional prototypes to validate hypotheses and implement proof-of-concepts within a few days.
• Qualitätssicherung & Evals: You establish a systematic evaluation framework, define relevant metrics (e.g. Accuracy, Latency, Cost-per-Inference) and ensure the safety and quality of AI outputs through clear guardrails.
• Prozessinnovation & Best Practices: You define new development standards for AI products, optimize prompt engineering, and share your knowledge actively throughout the company.
• Schnittstelle & Kommunikation: You translate complex AI concepts for internal stakeholders and customers, manage expectations regarding capabilities and limitations, and conduct training sessions for our Sales- and Client-Teams.
• Marktbeobachtung: You keep track of the latest AI trends, models, and technologies and assess their potential for our product portfolio.

Qualifikation

• Erfahrener Tech-PM: You look back on at least 4 years of successful product management in the SaaS sector. Experience in e-commerce is a strong plus.
• Echte AI-Leidenschaft: For you, AI is more than just a hype. You experiment privately or professionally with new models and continuously educate yourself.
• Technik-Verständnis: You navigate safely through terms like LLMs, RAG, and Fine-Tuning. Ideally, you have already worked with AI APIs and understand the technical architecture behind them.
• Vom Konzept zum Prototyp: You don't wait for designs; instead, you build first prototypes yourself (e.g., using Cursor, Bolt, v0). If you've already launched AI products
