Senior AI Product Manager (f/m/d)

Our Opportunity

Predium has built the leading ESG-Intelligence platform for institutional real estate companies in the DACH region over the past three years - with the strongest names in the industry as customers: Asset Managers, Housing Associations, Banks. Our customer base, data, and credibility are valuable capital for the next step. Investment-, credit-, and asset-management decisions are still made in Excel on a case-by-case basis in the real estate industry. We're now building an AI Analyst who will take over this work directly on the customer's data, scalable without additional heads. We're strongly financed and bringing AI into the real estate industry.

Your Mission

You are responsible for the product on both levels: further developing the existing ESG product and co-creating the next evolutionary stage with the AI Analyst for Asset Managers, Credit Officers, and Transaction Managers. You work closely with Engineers, customers, and our founder and leadership team. You are responsible for customer benefit and revenue, not features. You go to the customer with them, understand their world, and translate that into validated prototypes and clear build decisions.

What you'll do

1. Own strategic product development: You go out to our customers, understand their processes and pain points they don't mention without your involvement. You build products independently that promote the sustainability of real estate and have a measurable financial impact on our customers and our product.
2. Collaborate closely: You work closely with founders/Geschäftsleitung and a strong Engineering team together and receive all support to bring the right products quickly to the customer.
3. Iterate fast, finish fully: You create prototypes with AI tools and have the freedom to iterate independently and quickly to test ideas in hours rather than weeks. Speed and judgment are your compass.
