Powering the Future with AIDA To lead the next phase of our AI evolution, we’ve launched a new business unit AIDA – Artificial Intelligence and Data Analytics in the Enterprise. As a Senior AI Platform Operations Engineer- AIDA, you will be responsible for designing, building, deploying, and maintaining large-scale AI platforms that drive business outcomes. This role is critical to the success of our AI strategy, and we are looking for a talented individual who can lead by example and inspire others to do the same. Key Responsibilities: • Design, build, deploy, and maintain large-scale AI platforms that drive business outcomes • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement AI solutions that meet business needs • Develop and maintain technical documentation, training materials, and knowledge base for AI platforms • Troubleshoot and resolve complex AI platform issues in a timely manner • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning technologies and apply this knowledge to improve AI platforms • Lead by example and inspire others to do the same • Foster a culture of innovation, experimentation, and continuous learning within the team • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure AI platform meets their needs and expectations • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes as needed • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and other teams • Participate in on-call rotation to provide 24/7 support for AI platforms • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the business needs and goals of the organization and align AI platform development accordingly. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field • At least 5 years of experience in AI platform operations, with a focus on large-scale AI platforms • Strong understanding of AI and machine learning technologies, including deep learning, natural language processing, and computer vision • Experience with cloud-based AI platforms, such as AWS SageMaker, Google Cloud AI Platform, or Azure Machine Learning • Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or C++ • Experience with data engineering tools such as Apache Spark, Hadoop, or Presto • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly • Certification in AI or machine learning is a plus.
