Senior AI Platform Engineer @ Mindbox Sp. z o.o.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Cloud / Platform Engineering or DevOps.
• Minimum 2 years of working with AI/ML or GenAI.
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Azure and cloud services (deployment, administration).
• Hands-on experience with Azure AI Foundry and AI services integration.
• Advanced knowledge of Terraform and Infrastructure as Code practices.
• Ability to design CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps.
• Experience with Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) and Docker.
• Knowledge of monitoring, logging, and Observability in Azure.
• Familiarity with identity and access management tools and principles (Microsoft Entra ID).
• Ability to work in an Agile / DevOps culture environment.
• Knowledge of English (B2).
• Readiness for hybrid work (at least 1 day a week in Warsaw).

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of: Azure AI Search, Azure Machine Learning, Azure AI Foundry Agent Service, Model Context Protocol (MCP).
• Experience with other AI platforms (Google Vertex AI, AWS Bedrock).
• Practical knowledge of FinOps, AI Governance, DORA regulations, AI Act.
• Certifications: Microsoft Azure, Kubernetes (CKA).

You will join a team developing an AI platform in the Microsoft Azure cloud, aiming to provide modern AI/ML, Generative AI, RAG, and Agentic AI services at enterprise scale. You will work on maintaining and improving the platform's foundations and support initiatives moving from the PoC phase into production environments.

This is a role for an experienced cloud and platform engineer who understands containerized environments, knows good DevOps/MLOps practices, and can ensure scalability, security, and automation in cloud infrastructure.
